Phase 1
Visioning & Coalition Building
This phase lays the relational and strategic foundation for sustainable school-based wellness. Through relationship-building, education leaders from Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and County Offices of Education (COEs) come together around a shared belief: that schools are central to student health, belonging, and long-term success.
Your Phase 1 Supports:
We serve as both guide and thought partner, walking alongside leaders, LEAs, and COEs to explore the need for mental health services in schools and develop a shared vision for what the program can become.
