Building A Movement

Expanding SWIM so it becomes embedded within the daily life and long-term direction of school communities. Communities will begin extending this work across additional sites, deepening partnerships, and building the structures necessary for lasting impact.

This phase supports leaders in ensuring that school-based wellness is not experienced as a temporary initiative, but as a movement with a commitment to ensuring the long-term wellbeing of young people.

Support Family and Caregiver Engagement

Encourage the development of family-centered spaces that invite caregivers into the work and strengthen shared responsibility for student wellbeing.

Cultivate a Community of Practice

Foster opportunities for leaders to share insights, exchange learning, and contribute to a growing field committed to advancing school-based wellness. (Some opportunities may include virtual convenings, shared learning forums, and collaborative spaces.)

Guide Strategic Communications

Assist teams in shaping narratives that build public understanding and support broader adoption.
